I was drawn to this work through a deep curiosity about resilience and transformation. As a fellow human, I have also experienced difficult seasons in my own life, which have strengthened my belief in the power of vulnerability, courage, and steady connection throughout processes of personal evolution and growth. I help women 18+ who are navigating anxiety, uncertainty, and life transitions using practical and compassion-based tools. Together, we’ll slow things down, untangle what feels heavy, and build self-trust so you can move forward feeling more grounded, clear, and confident. I specialize in supporting women who are: 1) navigating college, career shifts, relationship changes, grief, or the quiet pressure to meet the world's expectations, 2) high functioning or perfectionistic, 3) highly sensitive or empathic, 4) feeling internally overwhelmed or exhausted, struggle with overthinking or self-doubt, or are unsure of their direction. My approach is collaborative and exploratory, blending mindfulness skills, cognitive-behavioral tools, and relational insight. We’ll explore the patterns shaping your stress, self-talk, and relationships while learning skills that help you respond to life with greater flexibility and emotional resilience. I strive to create a space that feels safe and non-judgmental. You can expect me to be thoughtful and attuned, but also honest and collaborative. I may gently reflect patterns that emerge in our work, and also offer practical feedback when it’s helpful. I value transparency and believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful part of change.
